Check out Dr. Cavanagh's latest article, The developmental course of psychopathic features: Investigating stability, change, and long-term outcomes in the Journal of Research on Personality. We find evidence of malleability in developmental course of psychopathy from childhood and adolescence to adulthood. Furthermore, we found that youth displaying chronically high levels of psychopathic traits in childhood and adolescence exhibited the most deleterious adult outcomes.
